DE JEO HOSPITAL AND SCIENTIFIC SUPPLY LIMITED ("DE JEO", "we", "us") operates this website to sell hospital and laboratory equipment and to arrange installation and servicing. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how it's used.

2. What We Collect

When you place a guest checkout order, submit a service request, apply as a partner, or contact us, we collect only what's needed to process that request — typically your name, phone number, email address, delivery/facility address, and details of the equipment or service involved. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment card numbers on this site (payment is by bank transfer, confirmed manually).

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Order and service-request details you submit are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you used to place the request, and are sent to our team directly via the WhatsApp message or email you send at checkout.

When you place an order, the order details — your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items ordered — are also emailed automatically to our team, and a confirmation copy is emailed to you. These emails are delivered on our behalf by Resend (resend.com), an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Your details pass through their systems solely to deliver those messages. We do not operate a central customer database at this time, and your order details are not automatically synced between your devices.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to confirm and fulfill your order or service request, to contact you about delivery, installation or support, and to respond to partnership or career inquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We never collect card, bank login or payment credentials on this website. Payment is arranged separately by bank transfer after our team has confirmed your order with you directly.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart contents and language preference (English/French) between visits. We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about a specific order, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email or phone number below. Because order data lives in your own browser's storage, you can also clear it yourself at any time via your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our systems evolve — for example, if we introduce a central customer database in the future, this page will be updated to reflect how that data is stored and protected.
