1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, submitting a service request, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact us before proceeding rather than placing an order.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦); the USD figure shown alongside is an approximate reference conversion only and is not a fixed quoted price. Placing an order through guest checkout is a request to purchase — it is confirmed once we receive your payment and match it to your order via WhatsApp or Email.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to the corporate account details shown at checkout. We do not collect card details through this website. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed by our team — please allow time for this manual confirmation step, particularly outside business hours.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines vary by equipment type, destination and stock availability, and will be communicated once your order is confirmed. Installation is arranged separately through our Services page and is not automatically included with every order unless stated.
5. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before payment is sent. Once payment has been made and confirmed, cancellation is handled case-by-case — contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
6. Warranty
Equipment warranty terms are set out separately in our Warranty & Returns Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
We work to ensure all equipment listed is accurately described and in good working condition on delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited (such as for gross negligence).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
