Warranty & Returns Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Warranty Coverage

Every unit we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration and coverage terms vary by product and manufacturer — ask your sales contact for the specific warranty period before you order, and it will also be confirmed on your order documentation.

2. What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery
  • Component failure under normal, intended use within the warranty period
  • Parts and labor for warranty repairs, as specified by the manufacturer's terms

3. What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g. consumables, disposable accessories)
  • Damage from power supply issues where recommended surge protection was not used
  • Repairs carried out by a technician not authorized by us or the manufacturer

4. Reporting a Defect

If equipment arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. Our technical team will assess whether the issue qualifies for warranty repair, replacement, or an onsite service visit.

5. Damaged in Transit

Inspect equipment as soon as it arrives. If there is visible damage from shipping, report it to us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item, so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

6. Returns (Non-Defective Items)

Because most equipment we supply is ordered specifically for a facility's needs, non-defective returns are handled case-by-case. Contact us before sending anything back — approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
